Ticket Policy

• Each ticket admits one person only.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Duplicate, tampered or resold tickets will not be honored at entry.

Refund & Cancellation

• Tickets once purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• In case of event cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date(s).

Entry & Attendance

• Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID along with your ticket for verification.
• Entry is on a first-come, first-seated basis. Seat reservation is not allowed unless explicitly stated.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any person for security, safety, or non-compliance with event policies.

Conference Guidelines

• Attendees must maintain order and show respect to ministers, volunteers, and fellow participants.
• Audio or video recording of sessions is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is granted by the organizers.
• Children below 6 years are discouraged from attending due to long, full-day sessions.

Meals & Facilities

• Lunch is included for registered ticket holders unless otherwise stated on the event page.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.
• The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended. Please take care of your items.

Liability Disclaimer

• By attending, you acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk.
• The organizers, partners, and venue owners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

Photography & Media Release

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These may be used for promotional, social media, and ministry resources.
• If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please contact the organizers upon arrival.

Code of Conduct

• Masih Ekta Utsav 2025 is a Christian faith-based event. All attendees are expected to uphold respectful behaviour consistent with the event's purpose.
• Any form of disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
